Of course Dr. Phil has a degree motherfucker, I can't believe you'd even ask that! His degree's a PhD in Psychology from the University of North fucking Texas OK? His thesis was "Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Psychological Intervention." You know what that spells where I'm from? D-O-C-T-O-R

OK OK, sure Dr. Phil got his license suspended in Texas for having sexual relations with a client, but that was like 1989. Besides, she was 19, it's not like it was a fucking crime. Those were Phil's young adventerous days, back then he did all sorts of crazy things.
Oh, and the reason he still hasn't completed the requirements to get his license reinstated there or anywhere else is simple: ethics lessons take time, and he's really been focusing on teaching people how to live their lives on television.
